The Doctors

Dr. Paul Stone has been in practice in Brattleboro for over forty years. He has four grown children, several grandchildren, and is also a working artist.

Dr. Joseph Yudin has been practicing in Brattleboro since 1985. He has four young adult children and serves as the Director of Clinical Services and works with the management team on nonclinical concerns.

Dr. Rediske comes from Minnesota and graduated with honors from Dover-Eyota High School. He served as a dental assistant in the Air Force in pediatric, orthodontic and general dental clinics at duty stations including Texas, Montana and England. Dr. Rediske graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and is pleased to join us here in Brattleboro and at Horizon Dental. He particularly enjoy doing dentistry for children and is looking forward to helping them achieve the best dental health possible. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, camping, biking and all kinds of outdoor activities.

Meet our staff

April Anderson has been a chairside assistant with xray certification and also our reception desk expert for three and a half years. She is highly knowledgeable about dental insurances and she maintains our computer system and keeps our software updated. April graduated from Hinsdale High School in 1989,and lives in Hinsdale with her husband Carl and their young daughter Alexis. She is also a working portrait and wedding photographer!

Christine Brimmer is our general manager, and has been working with us for eighteen years, since moving to the area in 1988. Her work includes management of all nonclinical matters, personnel management, accounting, billing, patient concerns, and the many other details. Oh, and she’s the best party planner ever! Christine lives in Halifax with her daughters Shelby, Aubrey and Bailey.

Kathleen Connell is a dental hygienist who we are happy to have with us again. She was on staff from 1986 to 1988 before rejoining active duty in the Air Force. She has come back to Vermont and our practice after living in many interesting places, such as Germany, Turkey, Texas, New Jersey and North Dakota. In her spare time, she enjoys embroidery, reading, walking, art, and the company of her family and friends. She also teaches 6h grade Sunday School in Proctor, Vermont.

Sharon Caruso, originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, has been Dr. Stone’s dental assistant since 1988. When she is not busy with Dr. Stone, she works with our periodontist as a surgical assistant during gum surgeries and the placement of implants. Sharon sees to it that our xray developers and other machines are properly maintained. In addition, she meets with supply reps and is in charge of supply ordering for our entire office.

Barbara Gregory has been practicing dental hygiene for 24 years in southern New Jersey. She recently relocated to the Brattleboro area with her husband Randall and chocolate lab Buddy. She enjoys the Vermont outdoors and landscape photography.

Marlene Jameson has been practicing dental hygiene for 31 years; thirteen with Horizon Dental, and before that, 18 years with Dr. Stone. She is active in the community, serving in many organizations. Notably, she worked on the Winter Carnival for many years, including one year as President. Her daughter Alison is a college student and her daughter Amy has a son, Ben, and another on the way.

Lori McAllister is our Operations Manager, and has been with us here at Horizon Dental since 1993. Lori is a native of Brattleboro, having graduated from BUHS in 1982. She is married and has sons who are in college. Her older son, Kyle Henry, was a standout athlete in high school and is pursuing college with an eye towards a professional baseball career.

Sarah Noble is a native of the Brattleboro area and a graduate of BUHS. She attended UVM for dental hygiene and came back to the area to raise her family. She lives in Guilford with her husband Peter and two young daughters.

Anna Marie Turco, dental assistant, comes from a long career in customer services and teaching, most recently the banking industry. Since July 2004, she has made continuous efforts to refine her dental assisting skills, achieving x-ray certification and on the job training in many other aspects of dental office operation.
